Hi, I’m Timmie.
I’m a Reiki Master Teacher, Wellness Educator, Speaker, Writer, and Business Coach.
I’m the founder of Sacred Wellness, an Edmonton-based Energy Healing School based on Usui Shiki Ryoho – the Usui System of Natural Healing. I specialize in teaching Reiki, Crystal Healing, and Aromatherapy. I currently offer the following programs:
➤ Reiki Practitioner Certification (Levels 1 and 2)
➤ Reiki Master Teacher Certification (Level 3)
➤ Crystal Healer Certification
➤ Essential Oil Safety Certification (NEW – Coming Soon!)
Courses and Workshops are offered year-round, and Private Reiki Trainings (1-on-1 or small groups) are also available upon request. I also offer mini-workshops on Moon Energy and Chakra Healing, and I co-facilitate Soul Circle, a monthly women’s group in St. Albert, AB.

- Lavender
- Lemongrass
💧8 drops total, 20-30 min, no more than twice in a day.

Need respiratory support? Include Cedarwood in the mix! And if your shoulders/neck/etc are sore, a couple of drops of Peppermint mixed with lotion or a base oil will help ☺️
