I’ll never forget it – even though I was a last minute “speaker”, the chat was really well attended by a group of wonderful moms who were so interactive and asked great questions. I guess “getting your body back” is always a hot topic, huh?
Did *I* get my body back?
In a word, yes. And as cliché as this sounds, the body I got back was better than the one I had before.
How did I do it?
I changed my entire life. #sorrynotsorry
Seriously though, if you want to lose weight and get healthy, you do have to change your life, or rather, your lifestyle.
